We hope you are pleased with your purchase at Sahar May Jewellery.
There is no warranty on wear and tear. Only if your item is faulty we will
replace your item with a new one upon assessment. We cannot however
refund for change of mind. Our exchange policy is strictly within 7 days.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Only full-price items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Please note that due to health regulations, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. Please make your selection carefully. To be eligible for an exchange,
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. You must have original proof
of purchase. All made-to-order or altered items (including resize) cannot
be exchanged. Fortnightly payments are required for any Lay-By purchases.
