Refund Policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase at Sahar May Jewellery, however if your item is damaged or faulty we will replace your item with a new one upon assessment. We cannot however refund for change of mind. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that due to health regulations, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. Please make your selection carefully. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must have original proof of purchase. Only full price items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged. All made to order or altered items (including resize) cannot be exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out.
